1. If a tournament is cancelled due to lack og participation, there will be a 100% refund.

2. If a tournament is completely cancelled before the start of a tournament due to weather or other acts of God, all teams will receive a 100% refund minus a $50.00 administration fee. Remember the host has incurred great expenses in preparing for the tournament.

3. If a tournament has started and is then cancelled due to weather or other acts of God all teams will receive a percentage of their entry fee for games guaranteed that were not played minus a $50.00 administration fee.
A. 4 game guarantee tournaments - For each of the four games not completed, teams will receive 1/4th of their entry fee minus a $50.00 administration fee.

B. 3 game guarantee tournaments - For each of the three games not completed, teams will receive 1/3rd of their entry fee minus a $50.00 administration fee.

C. 2 game guarantee tournaments - For each of the two games not completed, teams will receive 1/2 of their entry fee minus a $50.00 administration fee.

4. If a team enters a tournament then drops out at least (10) days prior to the start date of the tournament the team will be refunded their entry fee minus a $50.00 administration fee.

5. If a team enters a tournament then drops out less than (10) days prior to the start date of the tournament, there will be no refund.

ALL REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AND POST MARKED BY THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR NO LATER THAN 48 HOURS AFTER THE SCHEDULED COMPLETION DATE OF THE TOURNAMENT
