| Congradulation to every team on an outstanding season and welcome to the 2010 Nations Baseball 9U - 14U Atlantic Coast Ultimate World Series. It will be the goal of our staff to make this week an experience that the Players, Coaches and Families will remember for the rest of their lives. The 2010 Nations Baseball Atlantic Coast Ultimate World Series will be played on July 7th - 11th, 2010 in Savannah, Georgia at Paulsen Sports Complex and Guy Minnick Youth Sports Complex. The format for this event will be "Pool Play" into double elimination. Each team will be seeded into Pools according to the number of Nations Baseball Points received during the season. Each team will play a round robin within their Pool. Teams will then be placed in a Championship Bracket for double elimination. The exact format of this tournament e.g., number of pools, number of teams in each pool, etc. will be set by the Tournament Director. Your team's Entry Form, Official Roster and Entry Fee must be received by your State Director by June 25th, 2010. The State Director will then forward this material with your Official Roster and a letter of transmittal to. Your Entry Fee in the amount of $595.00 for 9U - 12U and $695.00 for 13U - 14U should be made payable to Triple Play Sports. All players participating in a Nations Baseball tournament shall have photo copies of their original berth certificates in the possession of their team Managers at all times. Failure to have a copy of the berth certificate available upon demand will result in the offending team losing the game, being ejected from the tournament, being placed last in the standings and forfeit all awards, sponsors travel money and tournament berths thay would have been awarded at the tournament. Bracket schedule will not be mailed out in advance. Official Brackets will be given to the Team Manager during the Managers Meeting.
